Just revisiting FFXIII again, and I have to say, this is one of my favorite scenes. For a brief moment, we get a glimpse of the sensitivity and love Lightning has for Serah, something we only later see much later in-game — Lightning acting like an adult, and, once again, it’s as if nothing exists between her and her sister; they’re in their own little world, if only temporarily.
Then Serah dies…
And, after kicking copious amounts of ass…
And getting her ass kicked over the course of an epic quest to see her again…
She finally gets what she deserves. A happy ending…
One badass female protagonist…
Yay!!!! Andrea loved on me! :D
This is one happy happy happy kitty here! :D
ANDREA DOWNING YOU SHOULD LOVE ON ME!!!!!!!!!!
I know you’re reading this!

Q:In LR, Serah says "Daisuki" to Lightning. That means "I really like you" or "I love you" huehuehue
I. MUST. PLAY. THIS. GAME.

Forums: Index > The Blackjack > Let’s Determine Serah’s Love Interest! I think Serah…
So, my fellow Tumblrites, I happen to have discovered a certain thread on the Final Fantasy wiki with a particular poll. The topic? Serah’s romantic affiliations. Now, the majority of the votes are for Snow and Noel (unfortunately), but a grand opportunity has presented itself. You see, there’s an option to vote for Lightning... and you wouldn’t be browsing the Farroncest blog if you weren’t all for that, right? Why don’t we take them by surprise?
Farroncest for the win!
I thought it was about time to revisit the Requiem of the Goddess DLC and share the tears with you all. It took three replays and thousands of times kicking Chaos Bahamut’s’ ass for me to understand just how much of a tearjerker this story really is. Not only does Lightning watch her sister die in real-time, but the second she is reunited with her after an eternity of battling an immortal Caius, Serah fades away into memory. Lightning is the only thing left of her, but that’s not the end of her tale.
This DLC is why I want Lightning Returns to happen; I want the culmination of all these tragic events, before RotG and after, from the happy ending turned train wreck of FFXIII into FFXIII-2 and beyond.

Lightning walked into the house she shared with her beloved sister after a long day of work. The scent of casserole and other foods she couldn’t distinguish assaulted her nose, and she immediately headed for the kitchen. She walked up behind serah, wrapping her arms around the petite girl’s hips. “Hey Serah”, she said, pressing a kiss to the girls cheek.
